Chain reaction appear £25 cheaper but have not dealt with either company so could those that have give any insights?.
Just as an aside would the Mavic Krysium Elite wheels be better at approx. £100 more?.

IIRC Merlin charge postage on their stuff, CRC do not. Many good reports from CRC apart from the latest about stupid size boxes for small orders recently.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

Chain reaction are ace in my experience, quick, free postage and sorted a problem rear mech out straight away, brilliant company.Look 566

Yeah, CRC do probs. Bought my RS80s last month from Ribble after a lot of research and pricing around. Thou the sales were on then. Seems they are all offering 10-20% this weekend.CAAD9

I ordered some RS20s from CRC Tuesday lunchtime(after current back wheel gave up the ghost), they arrived on Thursday.
Nuff said - CRC are probably the top UK online bike retailer.
On your wheel choice, I think RS80 is the better bet.0 -
Thanks all RS80s ordered via CRC.
Now await the "wouldn't touch them with a bargepole" advices.0 -
I got mine from Merlin (great wheel BTW) - good service - but I've had stuff from CRC too and they were fineROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0
