fitting BB and Headset

Am new to this site and Havnt worked on bikes in 15 years. Am in the process of building a bike and been looking at tutorials on YouTube and it all looks fairly easy as long as the wheels are already made.
However I notice that many people on here take their frame to the LBS to fit the BB and Headset. This looks like a simple enough job to do with the right tools. Unless am missing something ?
The frame am looking to get already has been faced.

with the right tools yes.
but it all depends on what it is you are fitting.
