fuerteventura is it worth taking my own ride

as enyone done any off road riding in fueteventurta,there is a club and bike shop that hires out scott 80's but if its any good i would take my own ride

    holidayed in fueteventura august 2010 stayed in north of island the town had mtb shop and noticed locals heading out into the hill to ride. not sure when your going but you'll need to head out early morning to ride come mid day gets to bloody hot to ride
