Hope M4 bore covers

Hi how easy is it to change piston covers on the Hope M4 caliper, i contacted hope who said i have to remove pistons but just looks like i need to un screw old ones and screw in new ones then bleed system, have anyone every done this or can anyone offer any good advice.

    which M4?

    old mono or the newer ones?
