sorry for the 'text speak' in the title but couldnt fit it all in otherwise!!

i know the basics but never been able to get it quite right, nearly there but not how i'd like it!!

The manual that the gears comes with is a good starting point. You can download them from the Campagnolo website, but unsure if this is the case with SHimano/SRAM/others.0

Possibly all you will ever need is here, I bought the DVD, believe me sitting with the bike on a workstand with the dvd on a portable DVD player has been invaluable as far as learning goes.
