Need spare wheels for 2006 Stumpjumper FSR, Spec?

Forgive the ignorance, but apart from being 26" what else do I need to check to know if they'll fit. When people on ebay say 9mm what does that refer to?

Pretty much except 9mm come in quick release and bolt through.
Is your bike QR front and rear?

Yes it is. but a 9mm hub would be a 9mm hub.....wouldn't it?
