Tifosi fork brake clearance question

Am planning on a Lynskey Sportive frame with a carb fork for audax use - want to fit mudguards with 49mm calipers. Don't like deep drop calipers and am use to using 49mm calipers with carefully fitted narrow mudguards
Question is will a tifosi carbon fork with eyelets work with 49mm dura-ace calipers? Or is it designed for 57mm calipers only
I am assuming that the frame is designed for 49mm calipers at the back - they say ot will work with up to 25mm tyres and mudguards - which suggests they have probably just raised the brake stay up a few mm's to allow brake pads to go to end of caliper slots
