Love the bit where you take a unicycle out of the door to appear later with a full bike :)

Utter cack. 1:50 intro (which drags like hell) to a 5 minute video, followed by some crap riding footage, then tons of filler, then a little more crap riding footage.
What exactly were you trying to achieve?

You haven't touched a nerve at all. All you did was post a crap video.
You asked for feedback, you got it.
Are you so self obsessed that the possibility of a negative review seems implausible?

I posted something just after Hardy broke the system. Something along the lines of... Nice camera work, bad location, relies too heavily on the dolly shot, bit more commitment to the holistics and you could do a good job though... and you seriously need to watch Karate Kid for some proper advice.

Why would you post something in a public forum if you don't want to hear the opinions of the public on it? Surely it was put up for us to comment on?

The OP was mearly showing us his work. At no point did he ask what we thought (unless it was edited out after)

I didn't agree with a comment that was left as it wasn't a constructive one. It was full bore slagging it off. Why do that? No need for it.

Anything else I can answer for you?

Firstly, it was edited, secondly post on a public forum and you will get comments. Don't want them don't post.
I don't see any complaints about the 'nice' comments.

    LOL.

The "bore slagging off" was the truth though. That's like posting pictures of your bike in the My Bike section and when someone says "hey I don't like the headset color" you take it too personally and it automatically is someone slating your bike. Welcome to the internet, you post something, you get opinions on it.

As far as the video, Yeeha is right. Too many black screens with a quote in the bottom part. The riding was quite dull and on flat terrain that didn't look technical in the least, except for maybe 20 seconds of the actual video footage.

Maybe it met the requirements of the uni project, but still doesn't mean it's good.

I do understand that comments will be left, invited or not.

Critical comments are fine. Positive comments are fine too. Useless ones which offer no advise however, are a tad annoying.

And it's rubbish. So I commented as such. Hell, I even went so far as to give reasons why it's rubbish.

It's funny how when someone says they don't like something, and explain why, they are just slagging something off in the eyes of the poster. But then the poster says "critical comments are fine", which apparently by you guys are not actually fine, as his comments were critical of the video.

He could have just said "it's shit". That would been slagging it off, but he explained why it was shit, which then makes it a critical comment.

    Once again your opinion.
And annoying people is part of the fun, especially people who get stressed really easily.

Just thought I'd stick that up for the irony, that it appears to be RobGT's nerves which have been upset.
