Shallow Drop, Short Reach, 44cm (o-o), 31.8m, Carbon Bars?

Can anyone point me in the direction of the above if they even exists?
Yes, I am the fool who bought a bike slightly (and a bit more) too big,
I've managed to get it nearly there with a mountain bike stem but the levers are just a little too far away.
Also, how would I measure reach and drop?

Take a look at the 3T ergosum and ergonova bars. Available in carbon and alloy and have the features you mention (although I cannot remember the main differences between the two).

The 3T website is excellent though and gives you accurate information on weight / drop / reach etc, plus a diagram of how these are measured for each bar design. Hope that help!
