70mm Stem with 20 - 25 deg rise

Hi, I'm looking for a 70mm stem with a 20 - 25 degree rise as my bike has a short head tube and steerer and I want to try and raise the bars a bit and bring them closer (currently running a 75 x 15 deg). The only one I can find is a Hope but it's a lot of cash to spend on an experiment. Are there any cheaper alternatives available ? I'm looking to spend between £20 and £40.

i use big angle rise stems and you're pretty restricted in what's available. I use the following 60 / 30 degree but they do 70 (available at wiggle too)..

and on-one do there own big angle rise stems but you'll have to wait for stock. they do 60 and 80 / 25 degree rise...
