I know there are threads on cheap carbon frames off ebay, but I can't find any on handlebars. They look just like more expensive bars, but with no branding. Anybody tried them?

Thanks.

Thinking of getting these, too - though worried about snapping 44's as I'm 100kgs atm!
Don't want to be left with half-a-handlebar in each hand, balls on top tube, chin on tarmac!
The seller has an excellent feedback rating, the only thing you can do is trawl through this lot...

and contact a few buyers who've bought bars from him and get their views.

  • These far eastern suppliers on eBay very often have a less than positive feedback, for various reasons, compared with excellent UK based eBayers such as Absolute Cycles and High on Bikes and I personally would be very reluctant to buy from the Far East however attractive their products and prices appear to be.
  • But the price is immense! you'd be looking at over £200 at least for a full carbon wing drop bar from a brand.

But at the same time, your probably right and I think I'm just going to deal with aluminium bars.
