Anyone got a favorite to recommend for biscuits?
Currently enjoying blacksticks blue and saint agur... om nom!
Tried loads at the Cardiff cheese festival but didn't get chance to remember all the ones I liked!

less salty than alot of blues, more creamy recomended
sainsbury do a pretty good version.0 -
I like Danish blue. It's a much stronger blue than Stilton IMO. Especially good cooked ( deep fried) or melted onto a bacon in a baguette.Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!
