i am waiting for chinese food to be delivered consisting of special noodles and chicken wings.
i will have to run longer and faster tomorrow to make up for it but i reckon its worth it.0 -

I had tuna and broccolli pasta bake with a mushroom sauce, with garlic bread.

Sounds posher than it looked, I can tell you that. It has crushed crisps on top (under a load of cheese) to give it crunch.

For Tea I had some Chicken Kiev with rice/peas/sweetcorn
JUST ate Chilli Baked Beans on Toast with Grated Mature Cheddar and Parmesan, with some Tommy K on the side.
And an Ice cold Coke, whilst ironically watching Run Fatboy Run.... 0 -
