Can you just use the QR from another clamp in yours? Your clamp is still good, it's just the QR thats bent, correct?

haha 39.9 mm, no doubt off a specioalized. I am looking for one that is non-QR but so far have found one supplier, don't recall offhand but it ain't cheap.

there is nothing special about the QR lever so as long as the bolt is same idameter and length, you will be fine with another brand.

.... don't quite understand how the QA lever for bent - can you post a photo?
presumably you have tried to unbend it to how it was? if it is alloy lever, then it may snap as alloy does not like to be bent.
  • no the whole thing is bent, as ive been on the up stroke i think my shorts have hooked the QR lever and pulled it up and over tightened it bending the lever and damaging the bit that swivels round at the bottom of the lever. the clamp is pulled out of shape so it doesnt tighten up right. :( . ive also ripped a hole in me shorts
