Tour of Algarve - Eurosport highlights?

I'm pretty sure Eurosport had admittedly brief highlights of this race last season. In light of recent events, I was rather hoping they might be showing something again this year but I can only see Oman in the schedules.

Does anyone know if they will be showing anything from Algarve at all?

They were going to be, but Harmon tweeted yesterday the host broadcaster have canned the coverage, so nothing for ES to show now.

Yup... frustrating. And tonights schedule in the guide says it will be Stage 1... so when I come to playback I wonder what I'll get... Stage 1, Stage 2 or bl**dy tennis?

Hrm.. On eurosport HD2 on Polsat I have just found Wyścig dookoła Portugalii - which translates to Race around Portugal

Holding thumbs.. It starts in 10 mins..

Eurosport 2 is showing each stage the following morning, then repeating each evening.
So, tonight will be stage 1...............again.

Good luck with Polsat for Algarve, (naughty boy ) but I doubt it, since the hosts didn't appear to record it.

David Harmon said in today's Tour of Oman highlights that the Algarve will not be shown.

Apparently something to do with the host broadcaster, who pulled out/were not able to provide pictures. The problem only cropped up at the weekend, that's why you'll have seen it scheduled beforehand.

Today I have set ToO to record. I have also recorded at least 2 hours after the scheduled time as there is sodding womens tennis and it is sure to overrun again.

Is there anything more boring that womens tennis?
