Hey guys so been away from MB for along time, and wanting to get back in, So I took my Kona out and saw that the back break is not working properly =(
At where you pull for the break the cable is coming out the black wire as come out along with a silver bit at the end only conected to the handle by the thin silver cable.
Anyone know what to do? Sorry its been so long I don't know the names for any of the parts of the bike anymore!!! Been rock Climbing to much! =D

Best to post a pic in the thread rather than links out.

On the basis that it's your brakes (breaks are for Kitkats) and you don't have any idea how they work, I think you should take the bike to a bike shop.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

Spelling Police out again.
Its more annoying to me do what i've just done.
Breaks brakes is an easy typo.
Kit Kat is spelt as that - we all make them.
From the scatty info, it seems he has cable discs which should not be too hard to fix himself - let's wait for pic before advising to go to the shop.0
