Rear brake cable on Boardman Team carbon
Hi guys
I need to change the rear brake cable (inner) on my Boardmman Team Carbon, it has internally routed cables, can anyone let me know how to do this without losing the cable inside the top tube, does the outer cable run through the top tube or is it just the inner that goes through and meets the outer the other side. :?: Any advice would be gratefully received

IIRC the outer runs through the whole way, so pull out the old one and thread the new one in.
If you struggle I believe you can pull the rubber boots out of the frame and use an old spoke to help hook it out.
If you want to check, drop the rear wheel out and see if you can push the cable out of the shifter from by the brake caliper. You can't do that without a full outer run.0 -
