Handcuffs

'That's genius' I said to myself as a locked up my bike with a heavy u-lock next to a pimped up Giant locked to the rail with a pair of police handcuffs. One half tight around the top tube, the other tight around the rail.

I've no idea if they are good as Kryptonite but it would be a brave scrote to have a go at coppers handcuffs.

    I get the feeling that a decent set of bolt cutters would get through the handcuff's chain in no time. I'd rather use the Kryptonite lock as they were designed to withstand a determined attack rather than handcuffs which were designed to restrain miscreants.

    Bet it looks cool though.

    From the pic looks like the old style lock/keys, I didn't think they were sold anymore
    because it only took one end of a Biro to open them.
