Training fitness plans.........

Hi all

I have been looking for a fitness plan/schedule to follow as I want to get fitter and better on the bike.

I normally play badminton on a tuesday night and out on the bike at least once a week. Just looking to ease myself into schedule that I can gradually build up. I know it can be a bespoke thing but is there a general plan I can follow?
