Its probably doable at 13.4 miles from mine, but there is one hitch, the A56/M66
Oh and i've completely forgot, but where is the link to Cragg? And is it worth it going to Cragg?0 -

Cragg is ok but the ride over the top is a killer infact i'd go as far as to say the descent back down from Cragg is fantastic and bottom clenching in parts my mate had a massive moment when his back tyre kicked out after hitting a loose rock, i swear i heard him scream .What if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -
craggs definitely worth doing hard going though pedalling all the way round really usually do 2 laps there then go down to lee quarry the new commencal hardtail loves itkeep smiling no matter how much it hurts, commencal ramones 1 loving it lol0

Absolutely, if you prefer flowy trail rather than rocky technical it's better than Lee Quarry.
Some new stuff is going into Cragg as well I believe. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result0 -
Hopefully check it out on Thursday. Although I'm going to be riding like an arse, after a 12 hour night shift.0

Hi Grant
Which way do you get up to lee,i used to be able to go up past Cowm & thro Facit quarry
but since some idiots damaged quarry machinery its got extra fencing which makes it difficult on your own

By the sounds of it, park at Kingfisher Business park and ride up the road.Advocate of disc brakes.0

There are plans for a link into Facit Quarry, in fact the money being spent in Lee Quarry now was destined for it but the various permissions didn't get sorted in time and the money had to be spent by year end. Should still be on the agenda for the next financial year though. It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

i either ride down to the kingfisher building and up the track or get on rooley moor road near healey dell and ride up there to cragg hammer it round cragg and then go to lee been up cragg today the tracks been extended by a mile or so made it even betterkeep smiling no matter how much it hurts, commencal ramones 1 loving it lol0

That place looks like great fun. Apart from the trials bit. I suck so bad at trials.0
