Ok,let's see if I've got this :

2bliss(Specialized) : they're on my Stumpy, very softy and very "foamy" sidewalls,as a matter of fact the Caffelatex started to "evaporate" out the walls before settling...

Lust : my excellent Maxxis Crossmark. Works both witl tube or tubeless. Sidewalls feels thicker.

Tubleless: .......tubeless.

did I get this right ???

    What exactly are you asking?

2 bliss = tubeless ready = thinner sidewalls and lighter (requires sealant).

Lust (UST) = ust tyre (no sealant required) = heavy.

Both can run with or without tubes.

Lust is not actually UST but is a Maxxis term
    LUST
An acronym which stands for “Lightweight Ultimate Sidewall Technology.” The outside of the casing is covered in a lightweight material and an airtight rubber compound resulting in a durable tire that is lightweight with excellent air retention.

    UST is
Universal Standard for Tubeless. A better grip for tighter control. no more tube, no more rim tape: sounds to good to be true. The UST concept eliminates heat, friction and guarantees a slow deflating rate if punctured.

as it is controlled by Mavic. No UST logo then it is not UST.

so be careful. a LUST tyre may also be UST but may not be etc....

  • Correct,I've forgot LUST it's a Maxxis thing.

I'm still amazed by my Specy "2bliss" tyres. I mean, that rubber is damn soft and I can feel pinches on them when riding on rocky stuff...that's quite scary, feels like they can blow anytime... :o
