It's that time of year again at work when we have a very limited period to find a bike for the C2W scheme.
I already have a road and a mountain bike so was looking for a TT bike.
Problem being that the limit is of course £1000.
Looked at the Planet X site and it seems that the company that the NHS use actually only pass on 87.5% of the money to the bike shop. Therefore Planet X with good reason add the lost 12.5% onto the price of the bike. This makes their cheapest TT bike £1125. Taking it over the credit limit!
Does anyone know of a half decent TT bike for under £1000?

Can we fix it?
Yes we can!

  • I've heard people say the Carerra TT bike you can get on C2W from Halfords is the same as the Dalkiia. You'd probably need better TT wheels for racing though if you went down that route.
