Copter tape cheaper???

Does anyone know where copter tape can be bought cheaper than biketart,com?? It just sprung to mind as I need some and surely its just some form of scotch tape re-branded?

you can get a similar product in b and q but to be honest having tried it I then went back to helicopter tape. whilst you get loads for your money it didst offer the same finish and wasnt as invisible . I can't remember what its called but it was in the section that does kitchen worktops etc.0

it's made by 3M, you can buy it in a lot of places. they sell it here;

Make sure you get the UV resistant-outdoor version of the tape. Lasts much longer.0

I would've thought all helicopter tape was for outdoors? Unless you had a really small helicopter, or a really big house.0

You would think so but "Helicopter" has become just a name for urethane tape which comes in indoor and outdoor versions.
