Derailleur

i have snapped 2 of my derailleurs and 3 derailleur hangers all of it because it hit the back wheel and even in high gears it still manages to hit and rip off i have a new saint that i don't want to attach until i know i wont have a problem and kill it. Any help / advice?

    what bike?
    when is it happening?
    chain the right length?

    whilst going over very rough ground very fast.
    should be 9 speed sram on 9 speed with saint 36 tooth with a e-thirteen guide with a slx 9 speed Derailleur
