Forest Town Aces, Mansfield track, Anyone used-Raced?

I've never raced on the track but I have a fixie and I've just moved 5 miles from the track so thought I might give it a try.
They have a couple of nights before the season where you can go along and have a go.

Just wanted to know if anyone has been and if its any good?

    A few Forest Town regulars post on the Veloriders track forum - it's worth asking there.

    The track is a little odd as has 4 corners and 4 straights rather than the more normal design. The set up is low key and very friendly, its well worth a go if you live in the area. There is normaly adult and junior and kids races. I've not compted in a while but hope to be there this season, there are further details on veloriders as above
