Paint starting to blister on my forks?

I've noticed the paint on my forks are starting to blister around the crown part of the forks. The forks are white and is starting to look unsightly. What causes this and will i be able to get them stripped and repaired?? They are fox RL80.

Brake fluid if spilt and left will blister paint.

Wasn't that a common problem on older Fox forks?

Yeah that does happen to fox forks.... Not sure why...
