Why Do Future Take subscriptions but not supply magazines

A subscription renewal was paid in november - for the January issue onwards
So far, despite phone calls in December, several in January and February, not a single issue has been received?
Can anyone tell me what the "subscription renewal monies are actually for as its clearly not for magazines to be sent?
