On the road - it will let you race in 4th cat eligible regional closed circuit racing on payment of 5 pounds, and 4th cat eligible regional road racing on payment of 10 pounds.Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0

would i need a full licence for free entry?0

A full licence will still require you to pay an entry fee, Jim's prices are the extra you'd have to pay for a day licence. You can race Go Race without having to pay for a day licence I believe.0

A silver licence will make the day licence costs 5 less - (so free circuit, 5 quid road) you don't need a full racing licence for that.
I believe Go Race should be free (in licence terms) with a provisional / bronze membership. but I'm not positive...Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0 -

The BC guide as to what you can race on a provisional is here
http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/zuvvi/ ... lities.pdf
How much that costs depends on the category of race and your membership - see here
http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/road/a ... -Documents
and click on Road And Track Fees.....
it's a hard life if you don't weaken.0 -
A couple of years ago I raced on a provisional/bronze membership, costs varied from £15 for a day license (plus entry fee) for a Reg C to no charge at all for a Reg A race. I couldn't work it out!! just expect to have to pay something.0
