What forks for a carrera vulcan 2007?will i need 1 1/8?asap

After some new forks budget of about 100 pound and was wondering if they need to be 1 1/8. Also i measured from the lower headset cup to the top of the headset and i think 190mm steerer will suffice. Could do with an answer asap please.
