Any tips on removing Shimano 105 catridge brake pads?

That little screw (on the left side of the image) holding the pad in place takes a Hex key 2mm in diameter and I've rounded off a key trying to remove the screws.

Could the screws be stuck, so should I cut the pads out?
How would I then install the new pads?

Basically, if you have any tips on removing the old pads and installing some new ones, I'd love to hear from you.

Cheers

cut a slot in the cap and use a screw driver.

What he said, I'd use a Dremmel type tool with a thin disc on it.
