I hope it's not a replica of Pozatto's old Italian Champ Katusha skinsuit!

I use that helmet(in plain white).

The helmet is comfortable and closes the gap between the back of my head and my upper back very well. However, I think the sides could be better made to close the gap around the face.

My TT times have been getting better since buying the helmet, but I don't know whether that's down to training or the helmet!!

I always think that if one can afford to buy aero equipment one should. However, bear in mind that your first job of work should be done on your own position on the bike - equipment comes second by a long long way

Don't listen to the naysers. You obviously like it and it'll look great, I'm sure. If you've already got the suit why get something you're not so happy with?
My only reservation about the colours would be if you were on, say, a stealth black carbon bike with lemony/lime colour flashes on it.

Not a wind up, unlike most posts on this thread. Why can't you wear a skin suit and why can't you wear the helmet?
I'm a non tt, so just curious.

Well, when I was a junior my club didn't allow any advertising on kit during their events. Even for the summer league club-only events. That was some time ago though...

    From the CTT website -

    16. Competitor’s Clothing

Competitors must be clothed from the neck to at least mid-thigh. Sleeves shall be at least mid upper arm length. To be allowed to start all clothing shall be clean and tidy.
No competitor may carry advertising or the name of a commercial business on his race clothing except:

where he is a member of a club or team that has paid the advertising fee, he may carry advertising, but must not compete in clothing of a trade team that is/has been registered with the UCI unless he is a member of that team: or

    when competing in club events

N.B. The inclusion of a manufacturer’s logo shall be permitted.

So if it's just club events then no worries.
  • Looks like the only reference to Katusha is the (smallish) text on the side. Easily taped over for those events that ban team stuff for non-team riders.
