Hello, like many others i realised the great value and capability of carrera bicycles a couple of years ago and bought myself a carrera vulcan (In 2007, before they did the seperate disk and rim spec ones). For the past few months or so the headset has been slowly getting worse and worse, so last night i romoved it to get a better idea of which replacements would be suitable.
After a bit of research i am now pretty sure it is either an internal or integrated headset (everytime i read a different description i seem to change my mind), is anyone aware of which type it would be and which headsets would replace it?
I have searched the halfords website for about half an hour now and there is no information on the topic there, i have even tried phoning three different halfords stores around the country and none of them could tell me either.
Thankyou in advance for your help.

looked in the FAQs? we have a topic on each. (with pics).
if it has cups it is an Internal/zero stack/semi integrated headset."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
