Full suspension frame bearing maintenance

I've just bought a Kona Hei Hei 2-9 2009 frams for my wife second hand. Though it appears to be in great condition, before building it up I would like to take the opportunity to grease all the bearings but I've not done this before. I can't seem to find anything on this on the parktools site or in the FAQs and links. Does anyone have any links to guides on this or any general advice, warnings of pitfalls etc. I should have all the tools required I think other than for pressing in bearings (I wouldn't want to remove them really anyway, just check they're clean and grease them).
