I hit the big 40 this week so off to Belgium with the wife to cycle from Brussels to Brugge stopping en route to do one of the old cobbled circuits around Oudenaarde.
Hopefully I will be able to take the joys of SCR to the Belgian public and if not my wife will have the same FCN as me so I should be good for one scalp a day.
Who ever heard of a half decent Belgian cyclist anyway :wink:

    Nice one. We went to Belgium a couple of years back to watch the track racing at the Hasselt 6 day event. The crazy Belgies goes mad for cycling! However, they do some to breed some of the worst drivers in Europe....

    Of course the Belgians are crazy - how else could they invent cyclocross ?

    Try the Kwak. Or the Grimbergen. In fact, the folks over in Cake Stop decided the beer was so good, it is deserved its own thread. Very sensible.
