New hardtail frame with V-brake mounts?

Is it possible to get a decent-ish hardtail frame with mounts for V-brakes?
For years I've used a (now very elderly) rigid Klein for commuting, now mainly for winter/wet weather, but the frame's on its last legs. Many of the components are new and I'd ideally like to transfer as much as possible to a new frame-and-rigid-forks combo.
If I have to change to discs that involves new wheels as well as the brakes, and V-brakes are perfectly good for on-road use.
In an ideal world I'd love to replace the frame with something similarly stiff and quick, but not too pricey.
Any suggestions very welcome.

My Daughters commuter is a Claude Butler trailridge, we bought a 'nearly as new' frame off ebay and kitted using bits from a Giant tourer and got some rigid cro-mo forks off ebay as well, total cost worked out at about £70.
If the sizing is good that second Dawes looks a good bet for what you want.

Thanks for both those. Good tips. Didn't even see the fact the On One frame can take V brake....0
