Italy's answer to Paris-Nice. At last the new season feels as if it really is underway as we start to get proper tv coverage of races. Looks to be an interesting route.

  • After the Swiss announced 4 mountain finishes, yesterday, the sprinters and trialists finally have something to smile about.

I always seem to enjoy Tireno more than Paris-Nice.

I'm generally the opposite, but last years TA had some really good racing.

Paris Nice is always TdF wannabes doing stuff too early in the season for them, whereas Tirenno is riders really getting ready for Spring and even the Giro.
