I'm looking for a load of cheap 16g threadless co2 canisters, but all the sites I look at (I think that are all the same site with different urls) say 'Not for use with Innovations brand tyre inflators'.

Is this really the case or can I use them with my Innovations brand tyre inflator?

I got mine from http://www.tyreinflators.co.uk/co2-cart ... cat_2.html, I use mine with a Genuine Innovations pump with no problems although mine are threaded so I don't know if that makes any difference. If you still have concerns, I would suggest getting a pump that uses threaded, the money you will save by buying unbranded cartridges will pay for it in no time at all.

I also have one of these which screws onto both Schraeder and Presta valves, but means you also need to carry a hand pump just in case:

Cheers. I carry a micro morph as well. I only use CO2 for triathlons and when it's raining / cold. I'll look a getting another inflator, but I'd prefer not to if I can avoid it.

Didn't Innovations first make a CO2 pump that ONLY took threaded cartridges (hence the warning). Then they came out with he model I have with the holder that takes threaded or non-threaded didn't they?

I bought mine Innovations inflator from tyreinflators.co.uk as well. I thought the deal was that it will only take Innovations threaded cartridges, but if you go for un-threaded it will take unbranded. I certainly use unbranded threadless in the Innovations Saf-T inflator and they work just fine.
