Assos shorts query. Help please.

Right then folks I'm after some Assos shorts advice.
At the end of last season I bought two pairs of Mille shorts and found them supremely comfortable but after a saddle change and a healthy dose of weight loss I'm finding that they're too heavily padded.
So I'm looking for an equivalent Assos short with the same soft pad contact surface as my Mille's but without the "comfort" padding. A minimal-flatish pad would be ideal.
Recommendations???

Easy. Assos F1 Uno S5.0

Uno have a slightly lighter pad and slightly shorter leg fitting but I do wonder if what might suit you better is a Mille in one size smaller.

What I'm finding is that the the Mille pad is made up of two halves and the two halves are bunching together in the middle and giving me some discomfort.
I'm a road/crit racer so I don't need all day comfort but the rubbing I'm getting in the perineum area is uncomfortable at the mo.
Off to Majorca in 10 days so I need to sort it asap. :?0 -

Looks like I have two pairs of barely used Assos Mille shorts for sale then.
