Reba Race (09) Settings

Hi,
I did a search for Reba Race and it seemed to return nothing. Not sure I am searching correctly but thought I would aks anyway.
I have been running my Rock Lobster with 100mm Reba Race forks for a month or so now doing the trail centres and just want a little advice on setting them up. I like to ride fast on the single track and down hill sections and feel that the forks might not be working at their best.
I know 100mm forks are never going to make the ride perfectly smooth on rocky down hill sections and absorb everything but could someone with more experience than me please suggest some settings for me. +ve, -ve, compression and rebound would be great. I would say I was 13 stone kitted up.
I have a shock pump but unsure the best way to use it so I don't loose pressure when I disconnect the pump. I will try and check what settings I am surrently running.
Thanks.

and that is all there is to it and take your pump with you."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks, So how much sag do you recommend? I will take my pump today and have a play. I have got 115psi in both at the min and set the rebound to half way.2007 Scott Ransom Carbon 10

Experiment with sag, start at 25%.0

If your valves are loosing air when you disconnect, then I reckon your forks need a service. If you are running at 115psi and not riding on jelly, then I think your forks need a service. I'm probably slightly lighter than you and I used to run mine 90-100, until I serviced them and now I am running 125-135psi and probably softer as a result.0
