On One 456/Summer + sizing

Hi,

Is the normal 456 best for general xc/trail riding where as the summer is more for harder stuff, downhill etc ?

Sizing, I'm 5'6" in between a 14" and 16" what size would be best ?

Here's the general pecking order:

General XC/trail - Inbred

Long travel h/core HT - 456

Loon mobile - SS

I'm 6' and ride an 18"inbred and I feel its perfect for me, was umming and arring between 18 and 20 and deffo glad i went for the smaller frame size so I'd go 14" if I were you, but depends on your riding style etc...

I'm 6' and have got a 18" summer season. I'm probably borderline between 16" & 18" for riding DH on a summer season but I wanted to be able to raise the seat high enough to ride a little xc on it.
Summer Season is designed for going banzai. Standard 456 is for xc & aggressive trail riding. Inbred is for xc.
