Help - Cant correctly value a 2008 Rockhopper or ...

Hi Guys,

I have seen a bike, but when I research it on google I get confused.

Please help me with original cost as they vary from £599 to £1199 for new model in my searches & i not sure which bike i am looking at.

I saw one sell other day on ebay for £300 which for a 2008 bike seems way too much for a 3 year old £599 bike???????

Prices from 2008 went up dramatically year on year, even though the kit was similar, or even worse. This is why older models keep good value.

The 2008 was a great value bike at 600, and I'd pay 300 for one in good condition.
