Wobbly brake lever. It's annoying. Very Annoying.

Ok basically noticed on the ride back from uni today that any time my finger wasn't in contact with the rear brake lever it was wobbling and making noises as it did so, noises annoy me.
Umm, the woobling/play is in the direction the lever is supposed to travel in, it's not up/down.
The brake still functions, will help slow me down, will lock the wheel if I want it to, the lever just wobbles around for some reason.
Played with reach adjust, did nothing, the little screw that tightens to hold the lever in place is nice and secure.
Not tried bleeding it yet, could always try it tomorrow unless anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem might be. To my knowledge it hasn't been bashed or anything for a while, only time something could have happened would have been in the 45 minutes it was locked up at uni.
Anyway as I'm fairly useless at explaining what I mean here's a link to a vid of the problem just so you can hopefully see what the problem is properly.

I suspect the lever has taken a knock and has damaged the washer 3rd item from the right
It won't affect brake performance but will wobble about as you have found
The part can be replaced, you need circlip pliers an an allen key to remove the push rod, the part could also be reshaped, but you need to be careful as you can damage the washer and it won't fit back into the lever.0 -
Thank you muchly. Will see if that sorts it tomorrow.0

If you need them the tech docs are here

Spare parts list is in the left hand column too0 -
Thanks I'll look at those in the morning. Quick question will the fluid need draining before I even bother starting or will I get away without doing so?0
