vodka bottles lots of vodka bottles

so im commuting to work this morning the short coz its windy but hillier . ive noticed the odd empty vod bottle on 1 of the uphill sections b4 so today i decided as i was goin so slow i'd count them 27! on a strech of road about 1/3 of a mile all the same brand + size
some 1 has a drink prob me thinks . any way i got thinkin should i tell plod as this is i reckon a serious thing some p#$$ed up driver on a regular journey !
what do you lot reckon ?

    not me I don't like or drink the stuff, gin however ....
