    Not MTB specific, but take a look at The Spokesmen on iTunes. It deals with all kinds of issues in the cycling world, from reviews to matters with the law - quite a bit of American content but one of the contributors is from the UK so you still get a "world" perspective. I think it really interesting and informative + it's free so you have nothing to loose :)
