Bad Driving Today

Is it just more me or where the roads busier than usual? (Wolverhampton area) I also noticed more 'boy racers' ,BMW drivers and general people in a hurry. Was there something on TV that everyone had to get home to watch? I also got cut up by an idiot before some red lights.

Am I just being more observant of it after being cut up or is there some truth in it?
