Mourne Mountain Routes

We're planning a 1-dayer this weekend in the Mourne Mountains, starting at Carrick Little car park and heading up Annalong Valley (first peak Rocky Mountain, then along bog of Donard, under the castles and then downhill through the valley back to the car park - so basically an anti-clockwise loop).

Any better suggestions that are do-able in a loop, within about 4-5hours?

Any advice greatly welcomed!
