Goodwood Spring Challenge April 2011

17th April, just signed up for this as my first event! Done plenty of running events, but never a bike one. Anyone else done this before? Apparantly 4 laps of approx 5.5 miles each, woodland, singletrack, fireroad, etc.

Wish me luck, bit nervous now!

    Looks interesting....! I might enter this :D

    I did my first MTB race a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it, although it was rather a culture shock :shock: Like you I have done running events before.

    I came 13th out of 16 last time (ie rubbish!) so i'm going all out for glory now.... :lol:

    (Just realised i'm in the 'Masters' age category - how depresing!)
    Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away....

    I've put myself in masters too, purely due to my age- I assume that's right? Lol. I did consider the 'open' class, but wasn't really sure.... not too worried where I finish, tbh, just out for something different :)
