And the lad who sold it, has just signed up as a soldier in the Royal Engineers, hence why he's selling it. Now this is the worst maintained piece of hardware I've ever come across in about 25 years of riding bikes! There's not a single tight bolt, hardly a round bearing, the brakes don't work, the chain's rusty, the stem has a bit of wood stuck in it as a shim... It's absolutely state of the art crap maintenance.

So if you're in the army, and you find yourself crossing a bridge that the royal engineers just built... Well, check it out before you use it, that's all I'm saying.

Not required on a bmx

jr and his mates have a bmxs and it's a shame really the state some of them get in. The BSO bmxs don't really count but from my limited experience, spannering a half-decent bmx can be quite rewarding, the parts fit together like Lego and for such simple machines they are really quite cool.

If he'd taken the brakes off I'd agree but considering he's got a bike with a gyro (which is probably on upside down or something) having one brake that binds and one brake that doesn't move at all is a bit weird

i like it though, all my proper bikes are really nice, it makes a change to have something shonky to mess about with. Just need to try and avoid spending any money on it.

That is true. Then again, I knew it was shagged when I set the price so I'm happy with the condition, it just made me laugh
