Kona Jake 2009 sizing

Hello. I'm considering a used 2009 Kona Jake. Spec and measurements here:

The one I've seen is the 52cm frame size. I'm 5'10 with 33" (84cm) inside leg (pelvic bone to floor). My road bike is a 54cm Orbea Agua and I was sized up for that by my LBS.
Can anyone advise as to whether the 52cm Jake is likely to be the right size for me? I'd heard that you should go for a size down in cyclocross bikes because of the higher bottom bracket clearance. I'd be using it for road and track riding rather than 'proper' cyclocross.

I'm 5'8" and I have a 54cm Jake the Snake and that's the correct size for me. The 52cm might just be a tad small but for just road and track you'd probably need a longer seat post.
The only way to know is to try it, unless you can find someone with the exact leg, height, body length and arm reach as you that has a 52cm Jake...and what's the chances of that?

Thanks for the guidance. The price of that bike (on ebay) has now gone above what I'm willing to pay for it anyway.0
