Spectating at the Tour of Flanders

Hi, I will be staying in Oudenaarde over the weekend of the tour of Flanders,I will not have transport (bike or car) but would like to see some of the pro race.Is it possible to use public transport to get to the Koppenberg or Brakel ? Advise appreciated from from anyone thats had experience of watching the tour in the area of Oudenaarde.
